Conveyorized UV Systems

Conveyorized UV systems are a practical method of curing substrates which are separate pieces. A moving conveyor belt transports each piece through the cure chamber at a speed regulated by the conveyor drive. We offer several different models, depending on the needs of the customer.

BT-400 Bench Top UV Conveyor

Designed to operate on 115 VAC power, this compact unit provides the features of much more expensive conveyor systems. It is ideal for QC departments or small development labs, allowing the flexibility of a conveyorized system without the extra expense of special electrical service or exhaust ducting.

Floor Mounted UV Conveyors

Designed for lab or production work, this family of conveyors provides conveyorized UV curing at a competitive price. Standard lamp widths or 6, 8 and 10 inches are available at power levels up to 500 Watts per inch. Other lamp widths and power levels are available.

Retrofit UV Conveyor Systems

In cases where the customer has an existing conveyor, we offer a design which will allow a UV curing sytem to be mounted on the customer's conveyor. Many sizes and configurations are available, including a custom designed conveyor to fit this lamp system.
